Terms of Installment:

1. Installment Plan:
   • within the store:
   2-6 months installment plan for all jewellery available within Maha Al Sibai Jewellery store.
   • Custom made and by-request jewellery:
   When placing the order for a new customized item: we recommend paying 50% when placing the order (50 % down payment for customized pieces) and 50% when receiving the item.
   Installment can be applied to the second 50% payment amount for a period of 2-6 months.
2. The installment payment must be made physically at Maha Al Sibai Jewellery store.
3. In case the client doesn’t show up for the monthly installment payment:
   • 1-3 months: the client will be notified.
   • 3-6 months: the payment will be nonrefundable
4. Clients can exchange the jewellery piece within one month from starting the installment.
